Hi, welcome to Just answer
How old is it ?
Does the water drain out completely ?
4 years, and yes
Sorry 3 years
and when you take the clothes out they are not wet ?
can you pull the washer out and try to clean the drain pump assembly completely
I don't know how, where is it?
Check this Video it gives instructions on replacing the pump...you can follow these instructions to clean it
after cleaning this if the problem returns then check the pressure switch located inside the top of the unit

Same problem, went through the cycle OK then had the "end" and "door locked" lights on for about 2 minutes, then the lights all started flashing and it returned to to the previous programme which activated the pump
was there a different sound from the pump ? a hum ?
Yes deeper and like a pulse
OK, but you are sure pump is running ?
can you also try to clean the pressure switch ?
it is a switch with a thin hose attached to it
Yes it pumps well, could you show me an example of what and where please?
it is located on the top right when you take it apart
let me know how it goes
What was I looking for\?
just make sure the thin hose attached to it is not blocked
and then give a few taps on the switch
Found that, disconnected it and put it back together again
please try the spin cycle again
try to listen to a different sound when it pump out
Just done it, same again, it reverts straight back to the pump cycle with all the lights flashing!
is the water warm to touch ?
I don't know it has all gone now
Pump is pumping out the water fine but the clothes are damp so I believe it is the pump assembly that will require replacement
The clothes are ready for the washing line as normal , it is not a washer drier
Yes I understand...door remains locked when the water is unable to drain out completely or the door interlock assembly itself is bad
it seems the door lock is fine here
and the problem is with the pump
No the door remains locked but the water has all gone
all lights flashing usually indicate a problem with the main control board however..it is quite strange that it completes the cycle and then the lights flash...Please try this procedure and let me know how it goes:
Unplug the appliance.
Take the rear panel off.
The main control board is bottom left when viewed from the rear.
Take the board out.
Take each plug off, ensure it's clean, dry and tight fitting.
Check the circuit board they plug onto for any obvious damage.
If no damage, reassemble the appliance and try it again.
Done all that, same thing, had enough now, try again tomorrow
if the problem is still there then you will have to replace the control board
