KevinWhiteJA :

Hi, welcome to Just answer

JACUSTOMER-b44s7211- :

hi kevin

KevinWhiteJA :

How did this start ?

KevinWhiteJA :

I mean was there a power failure

JACUSTOMER-b44s7211- :

i'm not sure. I got home yesterday to be told that the machine programmer wasn't working. I am aware that the lights in the house were playing up earlier in the week, so it is possible, but nobody has need to trip the electrical system in the house.

KevinWhiteJA :

OK

KevinWhiteJA :

Can you please unplug it and then plug it back after 3-4 minutes

KevinWhiteJA :

after this press and hold the START button for around 20 seconds

JACUSTOMER-b44s7211- :

ok

JACUSTOMER-b44s7211- :

done

KevinWhiteJA :

no change ?

JACUSTOMER-b44s7211- :

none

KevinWhiteJA :

and there is no error code and none of the other lights flash ?

JACUSTOMER-b44s7211- :

no error code, no other flashing lights. when it first switches on it is on a programme for 40 degree wash and 900 spin. on the other side of the start button the four processes are on a constant light.

KevinWhiteJA :

OK, the problem is more likely with the control

KevinWhiteJA :

is the water still in there ?

JACUSTOMER-b44s7211- :

I am having a problem seeing your response as the

KevinWhiteJA :

Oh

JACUSTOMER-b44s7211- :

still unable to scroll down

KevinWhiteJA :

just want to know if the water is still in there
