Hiya,
It should unscrew anticlockwise.
What happens when you try unscrewing it?

Thanks

Cannot move it. Not enough room to get hold of bulb

Hiya,
OK, got you now.

Unfortunately, if you can't get hold of it to unscrew it you may have to get someone to do it for you.

Try a length of cloth (a strip).
Slip it around the bulb, twist it till it's tight and see if you can get it moving that way.

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks

Hi both my husband and I have tried doing what you have said but have had no luck at all so maybe we will have to get someone out to do it. Thank you

Hiya,
You're welcome, sorry you couldn't get it to come out.

If you have the rubber strap for opening jars, that should work on the bulb.

You do run a risk of breaking the bulb, but, worth trying before paying for an engineer.
Even if you break the bulb, the engineer should be able to get the remains out.

Be sure to unplug the machine first though.

Good luck with it.
Thanks
