Hiya,
Look at the lights going up the right side of the facia.
Number them with 1 at the bottom, which numbers are on/flashing?

Thanks
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Number one is one which is the door lock light.

Expert:  Techdesk replied 2 years ago.
Hiya,
OK, is that the only one?

If it is, unplug the appliance.
Wait 10 minutes, plug it back in and try it on spin only.
What happens?

Thanks
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Did what you said to do. It spun, finished the cycle however the spin symbol is still on and the door is still locked.

The start/pause light is still on.

The horizontal lights are no longer flashing.

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

If it's still not unlocked, run the spin cycle again.
Let me know what happens.

Thanks

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

The original light lit when the lights were flashing refer to a fault on the main control board.

As the door won't unlock and symbols remain lit, it suggests the board has failed and possibly the door lock too.

Unplug the appliance.
Drag it out.
Take the top off.
Reach down inside to the lock and see if you can open it there.

Let me know how you get on.

Once you get it open and take the laundry out, try the machine again. See if it now works.

If it does the same, you'll need to try a new door lock and if that's no good, have the main board replaced and programmed to the appliance.

Obviously, if you cannot do the work yourself, you'll need to get someone in to do it for you.

Hope this helps
Thanks
