Hi I have a samsung wf80f5e2w4x washing machine and the door will not open after a wash and just shows a red key symbol.

Have you tried to reset it by pressing and holding down the Temp. and Spin buttons at the same time for around 5 seconds and see if this resets the control ?

have you tried to clean the drain pump/filter assembly ?

Customer: No, how would I access this?

the one at the bottom right of the washer

just open that cover

and rotate the filter to clean everything
