Hiya,
Is this oil or fat?
Has it blocked the machine or is it just coating the tub?

Thanks

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

The first thing to try, 2 lemons and 1/2 cup of white vinegar.

Cut the lemons in half and place them in the top basket of the machine.
Put the 1/2 cup of vinegar in the top basket too, cup upward of course so the vinegar stays in the cup.

Run the machine on it's hottest wash.

This should hopefully be enough to cut through the oil and get rid of it.

You may need to do it a few times, depending on how badly it's coated.
You may also want to try running a dishwasher cleaner through the machine (if you haven't already done so).

Let me know what happens or if you need more help.

Hope this helps
Thanks
