You don't pay every time you reply. You only pay the once so we can go backwards and forwards on this and you only pay the once and you make payment at the end by clicking the rating button once we have finished.
If you remove the baskets in the bottom half of the freezer if you can and look on the back wall of the freezer is there any ice or frost on there?
Also do you get any error codes on the display E?/
