Hi, welcome to Just answer

model number starts with E nr
and is located inside the door
E24 error on your dishwasher means that it is not able to drain properly
have you already checked the drain pump assembly and cleaned it ?
Where is the drain assembly?
Please follow these step by step instructions and clean the drain pump filter completely
after you have cleaned it just pull the unit out and then lay it on its back by around 45 degrees so that if there is any excess water it drains out completely...the problem should be solved after it is completely cleaned

I had a go at the dishwasher last night. By midnight I had had enough.
The machine appears to work fine on cycles other than our normal 'Quick Wash' cycle.
It pumps out just fine, so the error E24 comes up only on Quick Wash. This leads me to think that E24 - not pumping out error - isn't accurate. I suspect that the problem is a controller problem and is not actually a pump out problem. I disconnected the power overnight hoping that the controller would clear itself but no good. Again E24 this morning, but only on the Quick Wash cycle. Other cycles appear okay. On other cycles there is no E24 and the machine performs just fine. Do you agree - controller/programmer problem? Thank you. Nigel
If you have already checked the drain hose, cleaned everything from the base of the unit and also checked the drain pump then it might be the controller however..as its flashing the error code its most likely the pump..you can get the controller checked before replacing
Thank you. Nothing more to say.
