Also the age of your frigde/freezer?

Samsung model No RS21WCNS, 6 years old. freezer working fine, cooler airways to top end of fridge become blocked up, no cooling at top, cooler freezes up even quicker and bottom end of fridge becomes frozen

yes that's right, ice on inner panel surfaces at bottom of fridge, matrix behind is frozen solid

Ok thank you, that means you have a defrost problem. You need to defrost the unit for 24 hours, with the door open.
clean up any standing water then run it again, I will stick with you because you nay need a new part.

I can't defrost for 24 hrs at the minute as the freezer is full, I have cleared all the ice away, wiped all surface water away and the unit is now back on and coming back to temp. I need to change the defrost settings on the panel to suit replacement bulb sensor

Hi I understand, i will stick with you until you can do this defrost then we check and find the part hats causing is, if there even is a problem.
Im sure yours is frost free but after so long, or in warm weather they can freeze up.
But if you rate kindly at this point I can lock us in no additional cost either until you are ready to go further.
