Hi

Ok open the door and hold the metal from at the bottom at the front and see if you can lift it up and down a bit.

Hi

Ok back and forwards is fine as long as you cannot move it up and down then the drum is fine which is good news.

If you are getting a clicking noise then its either the motor itself or possibley something stuck in between the drums like a bra wire.

For this you need to pull the washer out and remove the back panel.

From there just take the belt off and set it going on a spin so just the motor runs and if you hear the clicking noise again then its the motor at fault.

If not then in the back of the drum is the heater which you will see.

Undo the 8mm nut in the middle and prise the heater out from the drum.

Then shine a touch in there and see if you can see anything in there. As they like to sit under the heater until its starts tuning the comes out and hits the drum which cause the noise.

If there is something in there then you can fish it out from the heater hole.

Then refit the heater and retry the washer and fingers crossed this has sorted it.

If you need anymore info just get back to me.

hi, when you say pull the washer out and remove the back panel, what washer am i looking at? the rubber washer betwwen the door and the drum, or a washer at the back of the machine?

Expert:  Daniel T. replied 2 years ago.

Hi

Sorry when I said washer I ment the complete washing machine itself as you need to remove the back panel on there.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

ok i understand now, so when you say, take the belt off and set it off on a spin, do you mean take the belt off, then turn on the machine and as if you are going to do a wash, or just spin it with your hand?

Expert:  Daniel T. replied 2 years ago.

Hi

Yes just remove the belt. It will spin off if you pull it.

Then set the program as normal on a spin and let it do the spin cycle like this. The motor will run but the drum wont turn that way you will now if its the motor or something inside the drum.

Regards
