Customer Question

Hi, We have a Beko WMI71641 and its stuck on a cycle and won't do anything. Tried holding the start/ pause button down but this does nothing.


 


I could do with the answer sooner rather than later please

It's approx 2 years old, it stuck on the rinse cycle and says it has 18 mins left. Normal display but the start button on the display is flashing.

Hi please, unlpug the unit for 5 minutes then back in. Next press and hold the start button for up to 20 seconds. let me know if that helps if so please rate kindly, if not, simply reply to me for further information.

this means you will need a new main control board.
Its easy to fit and I will help you with that as well if you want?

Hello mate, the cycle seems to be working now although the door doesn't unlock and it hasn't drained the water. Does this still mean the main control board needs changing?

Hi if its working now you may just need a new door lock,
I would try replacing just that for now.

Hi that would explain why the door lock isnt working as well, you may have a blocked drain line or a bad pump, please check that also see if your unit has a drain spot you can clean?
