Appliance Repair Questions? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hi, welcome to Just answer
How old is it ?
do you mean the motor keeps on running ? Please elaborate your problem
noticed last week the auto cycle had finished. dishes were clean but the motor inside was still running and had not stopped. i just turned main button off. went to start it today and noticed the same motor noise running and it will not clock on to start a wash...
so now when you try to start it...you hear a noise from the motor and nothing will start
is that correct ?
the problem is with the motor that is bad and will need replacement
as i thought, just wanted to know if it could be reset?
looking at the age of the unit and the cost of motor which is around £150 it is better to buy a new one

Are you looking to repair this yourself ?
If not then why was it rated as Poor Service ?
i figured before motor had gone and had thought it was something that could be reset. which you didn't even talk me through doing
As I said reset will not work if the motor is gone
Well I like providing straight answers instead of just running around with the problem...it seems you would have liked if I would have told you to do some fake steps just so you can believe the motor is bad...
