It is a Russell Hobbs RHM2017, about 4 years old, I think.

Hi Good morning Hilary,
the problem unfortunately is the main control board has failed.
Its easy to replace if you want to do that and only a few tools are needed to do it.I will help you if you want ti fox this. also the best place to get that part is listed below.
