Hi

That drain hole goes out the back to the underneath of the fridge. It collects in a tray in the base and the heat from the compressor makes the water evaporate away but it can build up with gunge and muck in there.

To clean this out you need to pull the fridge out from under the unit and from there at the back you will see the compressor. The drain water chamber is near this. Its not that easy to get into it being a built in appliance as its quite restricted for room under there. But you should be able to clear it out from there.

But im afraid the appliance will need to be pulled out for you to access this.

If you need anymore info just get back to me.

thanks, ***** ***** design, tray not removeable, no drain to exterior, there.s 4x screws that hold the base to the body but you can,t completely separate the two because the compressor and fan are in the base, so you have to have one person hold the body off the base so another person can clean the tray,

but its all done and smelling nice

thanks again for your help

Hi

Nice one glad to hear you sorted it. That's thing with these built in appliances its not like a free standing appliance with the drip tray on top of the compressor you can remove. Its goes into the base which is a nightmare to clear but glad to hear its done and thans for letting me know how it went.

Regards
