Good morning,
Sorry to hear about that.
May Have model#?
Also may I have age of your oven?

Hello Micheal, there are 2 numbers inside the oven

HBN13M250B and

HBB-AP63-7

The bottom oven isn't working properly. Everything takes forever to cook and chicken/meat just doesn't get cooked in the middle.

Thanks.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The oven is 8 years old.

Expert:  Michael replied 3 years ago.
Thank you for that,
Does everything else work ok, the clock and all?
Thank you
Tech Michael
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes everything else seems to be fine.

Expert:  Michael replied 3 years ago.
Thank you.
The trouble is the thermostat probe in the oven.
Its located up top and is very simple to replace.
I will assist when you have that part.
It is also not very expensive;-)
The best place to order that from is Espares, I listed below all their contact information for your convenience.
I will stick with you until this is fixed and working as it should.
Please rate kindly at this time, your question will NOT close or TIME OUT ;-)
Thank you and have a great day!

Regards,

Gary

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I need instructions on how to install this into the lower oven please.

Thanks.

Expert:  Michael replied 3 years ago.
Hi you need to locate and remove the screws that hold the face plate on.
They can be anywhere as they change this a lot.
usually they are on the sides.
Then you will have access to the T stat.
At that point it should be apparent as to how remove the Tstat. It should have two screws that afix it to the face.
You should be able to see them when you remove the knob as well;-)
Keep me informed of your progress.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Do I need to remove th whole uti - there are 2 ovens and what appear to be 2 thermostat prods - 1 in each oven. Is that right?

Expert:  Michael replied 3 years ago.
Hi you may need to pull it out to see the screws:-(
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I was hoping it was going to be a lot easier than what its already becoming. There are only 2 front screws on the top section and I was hoping you'd be able to give me model specific rather than generic instructions.

Expert:  Michael replied 3 years ago.
