Hi

Has the water drained out from the filter?

When you close the door is it locking again straight away?

What does it show on the display?

Regards

Customer: replied 3 years ago.
The door locks in a few seconds and the display shows 1200 rpm spin, 0 degrees, 00.12 time, padlock locked, then spin cycle symbol and a flashing right arrow at the bottom right of the display.

Just draining it to check the filter.

Hi

Ok remove the filter again and at the back inside the chamber were the filter goes you will see the pump impeller X shape.

Check theres nothing stuck in there stopping the impeller from turning.

Check that and let me know what you find.

Hi

Ok reset the control panel now by holding the start/ cancel button and fingers crossed this should reset it and allow you to select a new cycle.

Let me know if this doesn't work as theres another way to reset it.

The 8k cycle has started we will wait and see if it spins and drains :-) thank you.

Hi

Ok fingers crossed this has cured it as that blockage in the pump impeller can causes loads of problems in these as it messes the electronics up if the pump doesn't run.

Hello, it has all worked but still a bit wet. Is this normal?
Expert:  Daniel replied 3 years ago.

Do you mean the clothes are still a bit wet? If so then this depends on the program used and the spin speed setting. But if its drained out and completed the cycle I think this will be fine now.
