Hiya,
Sorry, that's the serial, I need the model number.

However, as it's Samsung, they all suffer the same problem.

Inside the fridge, take out the drawers, look very carefully, is there any signs of ice there?

Thanks

sorry for not replying sooner but yes there is a build up of ice behind there

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

You'll need to defrost the fridge to be able to get it working again.

To fully defrost, you need to empty the machine, then leave it, with the doors open, in a warm room for at least 24 hours to fully defrost.

Close the doors, switch on and it should work again.

If there's a defrost fault, the problem will return fairly quickly.

If you're lucky, Samsung will offer a free repair at this point.

If not, you'll need to take the panels behind the drawers off so you can test the defrost heaters and thermal fuse with a multi meter.

If either heater has failed, you'll need to replace.

Check it out, see how it goes.

Obviously, if you cannot repair yourself, you'll need to get someone in to do it for you.

Hope this helps
