I have switched the fridge freezer on and off and the alarm button is no longer red. Does that mean it should now begin to work?

Expert:  Daniel T. replied 2 years ago.

Hi

It may start but usually when that light flashes its because the temperature inside the freezer has raised above -13

Is the compressor running at the back of the appliance?

Is it hot to touch?

Where would I find that...it is an integrated appliance

Expert:  Daniel T. replied 2 years ago.

Hi

Ok im going to opt out of the question as without a model number I have no idea what kind of appliance you have as none of the number you have posted are the model details.

If another expert can help they will jump in.

Hi I am Tech Michael, please look where Daniel mentioned, it will say, Model # then a long # with some letters, usually on either the inside walls of the fridge section.
