The coffee machine has been de-scaled and is over one year old. We purchased it from John Lewis in Poole.

This is something that you can order parts to fix. But this is a big job based on that coffee makers model.
I would send it it in to have fixed, I really would. If you send me your state and town I will help you with this further.

If it is possible to have the machine repaired it would be good. I don't want to order spares and replace them myself!
