Ok set the dishwasher going and once it starts washing open the door and turn both spray arms so they face front to back.
Then close the door and let it start washing for about 20 seconds.
Then open the door and see if the arms have moved.
Try it a few times and let me know what happens.
Have tried this and the arms are not turning I can here agurgling noise when i opened the door.
Ok when it should be washing does it sound normal or does it sound weak?
The machine sound normal but cannot hear water circulating in machine.
Ok this will be why its not washing correctly.
Its looking like a fault on the wash motor side. This can be either the motor itself or the capacitor. If you are looking at doing this yourself then you need to pull the dishwasher out and remove the side panels to access the wash motor.
Bolted to the side of the motor is the capacitor. This gives the motor a boost to start washing. You can try and replace this and see if this cures it. But if not then its going to be the wash motor itself im afraid which will need to be replaced to cure this.
