Hi Sue
Yep, thats great, thanks

OK, this is not something you are going to be able to fix, sorry.

The error code is sayng that the heater relay on the board is not being activated.

This would mean that the printed circuit board, the heater relay is on, has a fault. This will nee to be changed. Its an expensive item and not something you would want to do yourself.

The good news is that this is covered by your warranty.
You will need to call Hotpoint ( I can get th e number if you dont have it).
They will arrange for an engineer to come and do this for you, under the warranty

Sorry it wasnt something you could do yourself, but thankfully, yu have the warranty

Can I ask you to take a moment and rate my response? Please use the smiley faces which you should now see. Please remember you are rating me personally, not the website or the problems you have had with this machine.
