Yes, the fan is just running all the time.

I am unsure how old the unit is because it was already here when I moved in about 2-years ago.

Hi and sorry for the delay.
This could be one a couple of things.
It could be a bad switch or more likely the control board.
If you can test things and have some electrical knowledge you figure out which on it is.
If not, the best thing to do is replace both parts. I will help you make this repair.
All you need is a few basic hand tools for this.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your message.

I have spoken to Esapres and ordered the Control Board and the Switch. They have said that they need to log a query internally to ensure they have the correct parts and that it will take 48-hours to come back to me to confirm.

Once they confirm they have the parts I will buy them and then let you know once I receive them.

is that okay?
