But it presumanly fills and does everything else?

It sounds like a motor issue. To test this, you would need to be able to remove this from the machine. Are you able to do that?

Can you also give me the ENr from the data plate on the label in the door recess?

In that case it sounds like a problem with the wash motor

You will need to turn off the power
Remove the back panel
Remove the motor which is under the tub

On the bench, check the carbon brushes. If they are worn, chipped or damaged, you will need to replace them
