Did the machine drain and spin correctly?
Is there water in the drum now?
Does the handle feel losse and floppy?
And, lastly, are you able to pull the machine out from under the worktop?
End of cycle,, door opening part is floppy (unconnected)

Hi DavidOk,It sounds like the handle has broken.Disconnect from the mainsRemove the lid and lean the machine back at 45 degreesLook inside towards the door lockYou’ll see the latch sticking through the lockSlide this across and the door will openIf the handle is broken, take photographs before you dismantle it to replace it, they are notoriously difficult to re assemble without a picture
