Hi yes your handset supports Bluetooth, it should allow you to use a bluetoother speaker\headset up to 10M, in reality its about 5M within an office environment.
Go into the menu (bottom right hand key), Press *Navigate to "Data Transfer" using the arrow buttonsThen select "Bluetooth"Now you need to set your bluetooth headset\speaker in pairing mode.On the handset select the option "Search Handset"The process can take around 30 second to find the device you set in Pairing mode.Navigate to the device which matches the one your trying to pair.Next use the soft menu button (just under the display) marked optionsSelect the option "Trust Device" then press the OK buttonYou will be masked for the PIN of the device your connecting, in most cases its 0000 or 1234, enter the PIN and press OKThe device is now setup, and when you turn on the headset in future it will auto pair.
Hi no you shouldnt need anything else to pair the device
In terms of bluetooth headsets, do you have a budget?
I use a Plantronics Voyager Legend UC, and its great, 8 hours talk time, charges in an hour, and works with my laptop too
No thats not normal, you may have charged if you have rated the service more than once
From what I can see this question hasnt been rated, the only charge should have been when you first posted the question, and only after you accept the answer by selecting the service quality will I get paid.
Hi Jess, Its probably easiest to contact the customer service team directly.
You can chat to them by clicking herehttp://ww2.justanswer.com/contact-us?target=chat
They have a free phone number too: 0808-189-0970
If you press option 1, then option 3 you should get through to billing
No problem, ive also found why you got double charged, it was due to raising a duplicate question. This has now been identified and should be sorted for you.So I can close this case can you please rate the level of service received today.Have a good afternoon Jess.
