Hi Jessica, were there any water leaks or floods?
this sounds like its the anti flood switch which has been activated.
What you need to do for this is pull the machine out and tip it 45 degs backwards to drain the water from the base.
Or take off the inspection cover on the front at the bottom under the door. With this off use a sponge to soak the water up from the base.
Once the base is clear the antiflood will reset itself. Then retry the dishwasher and see how it goes from there.
Thank you Tech Michael

Thanks for your email, Michael. Tipping the dishwasher seems to have sorted the problem. I will check everything out when I use the dishwasher again this evening.

Jessica
