Welcome, my name is ***** ***** I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

Can you tell me, does this do this only when it fills for the wash, or does t do it when it fills for the rinses as well?

Is this a hot and cold fill machine, or cold only?
Thanks

Cold fill only
Makes the noise when filling at wash and rinse stages

Hi
Thanks

Its either some dirt in the filter for the solenoid or the solenoid itself.

Turn off the water. Undo the inlet hose at the back of the machine.
Look in the valve and pull out and clean the filter
Put the hose into a bucket and turn it on momentarilly. Do you have a good strong flow?

Refit hose and try again

If noise persists you will need to change the inlet valve.

Let me know if you need help doing that
