washer, and is displaying error code 01. we have flowed the trouble shooting instructions and cleaned out the foreign bodies (coins) from the pump D and also let the water drain from the pump through the hose. The error message is still on display despite the fact that we can hear the pump D turning freely, any suggestions is the only course of action an expensive engineer call

WMI12C7 about 2 and a half years old

Thank you Anne,
E1 error code is an antiflood error code.
Water will be in the base of the washer due to a leak. So what you need to do is pull the washer out and tip it 45 degs backwards and the water will drain out from the base. so you may need a towel for that part.
Once the water is out the antiflood switch will reset itself and the washer should start to work again from there.
Then just keep an eye on it and see if you can locate the leak if there is one?
If this works, please rate kindly if not please dont rate yet but simply reply to me for further instructions.
Thank you

how do we get the machine out from its installation to tip it up?

Michael, Customer Service replied 3 years ago.
Hi Anne, that is something you will need an engineer for as I cant see how they have it attached?
They can do that for you, but as for the problem, the advice I gave will almost certainly fix this problem, considering what happened;-)
