Customer Question

The water pours out from underneath the machine once we have loaded and start up. The water is not leaking from the input pipes. Does this mean a seal on the drum is broken ?

Yes the problem is not resolved. The water appears to be running out from the drum. I have taken the back off and all the hoses and their connections are sound.

John

Hi

Ok so with the back panel off set it going and see if you can see were the water is coming from have a good look around the drum and see if there any cracking or holes the water is coming from and let me know.

The drum itself is in immaculate condition, however there is a hose immediately beneath the drum and above the hose that leads to the filter, where the leak appears to be coming from.

I will be unable to get at that hose, I will need to call in an engineer. The machine is 3 years old but I have a 5year parts warranty.
