Suddenly in sky the screen went fuzzy on my Panasonic and I am now faced with No DVB Service Found when trying to get the TV to work. any ideas how to reboot? I have tried the normal route where the tv tries to locate the channels. Best wishes, Andrew Chappell

Plumberpro :

Hi Andrew it could be a problem their end . have you called sky to see

Plumberpro :

Also have you scrolled though the input button menu to see if you accidentally switched to some other input?

Plumberpro :

Come on, what more can anyone do , I'm going through what it might be

Plumberpro :

I'll opt out ,someone else might give you an instant fix

Customer:

Sorry - it's not a Sky issue. It's a problem with the TV. If i go through the process of Auto setup the system doesn't recognise any channels. If i go to the Menu and into set-Up it still doesn't sort it out. Is there something else i can do?

Plumberpro :

Yes have you got input button on your TV remote?

Plumberpro :

Or it might be soutce

Plumberpro :

Source

Customer:

Nothing that says Input - could use Menu?

Plumberpro :

Maybe. If you go into menu , try to find source or input .

Customer:

Goes into Set Up menu for such as AV1 etc

Plumberpro :

Yes that will be it , then you should be able from there to use arrows or what's on your remote to go through av, HD , CTV etc . if your sky is in a HD input , then it maybe HD , but you might have hd1 hd2 etc.

Customer:

Sorted, thank you
