Sorry for the delay do you still need help on this?
If so can you post the product number please. It will be on a sticker on the inside of the door and will start with a 9.
But you need to prefix it with an A otherwise it will get crossed out.

Eg A912345678

Its just that theres 5 versions of this model number.

Ok thanks for that ive found the correct version now.

Not good news im afraid. On this model they use a welded drum so you cannot just replace the bearings. You can only replace the complete drum on this. A lot of manufactores are going this way as its cheaper for them to make them. They weld the drum together with the bearings and inner drum all incased. You cannot just replace bearings on this model im afraid sorry.

But to replace the drum you need to remove the front plastic control panel.
Then you can remove the front panel and you can access the drum from there.

Its only the older models that you need to remove the sides with the back panel. This is a wrap around cabinet so only the top and front comes off.

If you want the part number for the drum then this is it (###) ###-####but it wont be cheap as parts for these are quite expensive.
