Hi Adrian

KevinWhiteJA :

welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

Please tell me its complete model number

KevinWhiteJA :

and how old is it ?

Customer:

model no is ********* XDU90MF MK11 satin steel i think its about 4 years old, not sure though.

KevinWhiteJA :

ok thanks for the model number...This indicates an open/shorted oven temperature sensor and to solve this problem the sensor needs replacement. If you want to be sure before replacing the sensor then you can test it with a voltmeter for around 1100ohms....if it reads more than this then it needs replacement

Customer:

thanks for that,i will get a new one
