RobWelcome, my name is ***** ***** I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

Do you have the model number?

Is it doing this when it should be draining?
Do you hear or see this in the wash chamber?

How old is the machine, and how and where is the drain hose connected to the house waste?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Beko DSPS 1531 w
Almost 3 yrs old
connected to the main drain through the sink drain in the kitchen
It is doing this when it should be draining, and sorry, I don't hear anything in the wash chamber as I leave the kitchen after turning on

Hi
OK

I suspect there is a blockage in the waste hose.
You can hear the drain pump working as this is what makes the noise

Disconect the power
Remove the hose from the sink connection.
Clean out the sink trap.
Put the hose into a bucket and start a new cycle. I suspect food debris will come out.
Refit hose and all should now be ok

Can I ask you to take a moment and rate my responses so far? Please use the smiley faces which you should now see. Please remember you are rating me personally, not the website or the problems you have had with this machine.
This will not close your question and you can still come back to me if you need more help
Thanks
