Hi

On these Bosch appliances when you get a fault like this were the time to do a wash is taking longer then it used to its usually down to a fault heater element.

What you need to do is remove the back panel off the washer and you will see the heater in the back of the drum toward the bottom.
You need a multi meter and test the resistance of the heater. It should give a reading off about 28 Ohms. If faulty then it will need to be replaced.

As if the heater doesnt heat the water up it causes the washer to keep washing untill it reaches a certain temp. After a while if it hasnt reached it it then carrys on which is why its taking longer to complete the wash.

So check the heater and see what you find. If you need anymore info just get back to me.
