Hi, I have an Electrolux dishwasher (PNC ********* which has flashed up with an error message (30). Can you let me know what this means, please, as I can't find the manual?

Customer: Hi George, that sounds like it could be it - the pump does sound like it's running constantly so I've turned it off at the switch. Do I need to call an engineer or is this something I can fix?

George, there is a little water in the bottom of the filter but not a lot. I'm trying to undo the waste water pipe under the sink in case that's blocked and not allowing the water out. Rather stiff connection that's stubborn to undo.

This is not the correct area to be looking for the water...
The problem you have is that water has accessed the base and raised the float that operates the flood protection... You would need to access the base to find the source of the flooding.. Sometimes, if the model has the inlet at the top of the machine it breaks and water then runs down the tube to access the base, or it could be a burst pipe, a leaking seal or any of 100s of different things.
