Hi

Ok so thats lights 1,3 and 5 which this is the error code for a motor fault.

Its possibley worn carbon brushes in the motor thats the problem here. So to access them you need to remove the motor from the bottom of the washer at the back.
From there you will find the carbon brushes at the back of the motor either side. Pull the out and see if they have worn. If so then you need to replace them and that should cure the fault.

But you can try and reset it first and see how it goes from there as it may just need a reset.

Turn the knob to off.

Close the door.

Turn the knob to 6 o'clock position.

Wait 2 seconds.

The start/pause should begin flashing.

Press and hold the spin button. (the spin button is the one that changes the spin speed, it may be marked "RPM")

Turn the knob to 7 o'clock position.

Wait 2 seconds.

Release the button.

Turn the knob to off

But if after that its still the same then you need to check the carbons and fix the fault then clear the error code.

If you need anymore info just get back to me.
