lp522 programmer is not sending a signal to the motorised valve.

Customer Question

lp522 programmer is not sending a signal to the motorised valve. I have checked the room thermostat and that is sending a signal to the programmer which is indicated by a green light on the Digistat SCR

Has your plumber checked the wire from the Lp522 to the valve or ordered a new programmer for you? They are still available.

Hi . You have it the wrong. Way round . The live goes from programmer to room stat to motorised valve to boiler( or boiler and pump )
Expert:  Plumberpro replied 3 years ago.
Hi . Is your boiler working now . Do you still require help?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have given up with your responses, can I pleases have my £20 fee returned

Expert:  Plumberpro replied 3 years ago.

Hi . if you want to test the programmer , put a link wire from live to 4 on the programmer back plate, this will bypass the programmer.and turn on the heating. If you want to test hot water , put a link wire between live and 3 on the back plate.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have found out that the Digistat SCR / wireless thermostat was faulty.

Your replies have not been helpful at all.
