Hi

Ok once its filled with water if you listen carefully at the bottom do you hear a humming noise.

Do you hear the wash motor kick in at all to spray the water around?

Hi

Ok what this will be is a faulty wash motor im afraid.

To access it all you need to pull the appliance out and lay on its back and remove the bottom base cover.

From there you can access the motor and see of its been leaking. As these can have a small leak and then it jams the motor up and stops it from running.

But if it looks clear then theres a capacitor bolted to the motor. This gives the motor a boost to get going. So if the motor looks ok you can try and replace the capacitor on its own and see how it goes from from there.

But if its not the capacitor then the motor will need to be replaced. So check it out of you can but im sorry its not looking like good news but it does sound like a fault with the wash motor im afraid.

If you need anymore info just get back to me.
