Hi

Thanks for that. Is the dishwasher full of water or has it drained out?

It has drained out when the alarm comes up

Hi

Ok if it has drained out but its still flashing the error code then the pressure switch still thinks its full of water when it isnt. As the al6 error code is a draining fault.

What you need to do is remove the outer door panel.
Then remove the metal inspection cover below the door and on the left you will see the pressure switch.

Pull the thin hose off it and try and blow through it to clear the air tank.

Then retry it and see how it goes. But if still the same then im afraid you are looking at a faulty side filling tank. As if you remove the left hand side panel you will see a big plastic tank. This is the air and filling tank. What happens is they can block up. But when this happens its a case of replaceing it as you cannot get into it to clear it.

So if blowing the pressure switch hose hasnt cured it then the IWMS fillin tank on the side will need to be replaced.
But these are quite expensive and you tend to find on these older model dishwashers it may not be worth it. But this is up to yourself if you want to spend the money on it.

If you need anymore info just get back to me.

thanks for that. This is an integrated machine so does the same procedure apply.

Hi

Yeap you just need to remove the wooden door and the kickboard at the bottom of the kitchen.

As i knew it was built in from the model so dont worry it all applies still.
