Hello, my name is***** will try to help you with your problem...

George-Allsorts :

Please do not keep trying the washing machine, otherwise you may damage it further

George-Allsorts :

Do you have any lights on the appliance?

JACUSTOMER-cvxhik51- :

it is a dishwasher

JACUSTOMER-cvxhik51- :

it is an integrated whirlpool dishwasher model adg 7560/1

JACUSTOMER-cvxhik51- :

it is on, and there are solid lights on at 60 programme and the on button

JACUSTOMER-cvxhik51- :

when I close the door it doesn't go on

JACUSTOMER-cvxhik51- :

How does this work because I have to go out now, back in at about 7pm uk time this evening

George-Allsorts :

There is a problem with the draining of the dishwasher and this needs to be seen to... If there is something jamming the drain pump, without removing the offending object, any attempt to use the appliance could damage the PCB

George-Allsorts :

The four flashes indicate that the appliance has a problem draining

Hi - I have emptied of water with a cup and taken out all obvious filters etc - I cant seem to find anything jammed? What next?

Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 2 years ago.
Hello,You need to remove the panel from under the door of your dishwasher. You should then be able to access the pump..

Pull off the plug and use a multimeter and check that the pump is not open circuit.

Remove the pump from its housing and check that there is nothing jamming its operation... Turn the impellor to ensure it is freely moving.
