Hi

Are you getting frost building up inside the freezer?

Also have you pulled it out a bit to see if theres any gaps in the door seal when its closed?

Regards

Ok if theres no gaps then the door seal will be fine.

Were abouts is all the ice?

It pools at the bottom initially. I defrosted yesterday and within an hour ice had formed on the bottom.

Hi

Ok if its pooling on the bottom then its going to be a draining issue here.

How long did you defrost it for?
Was it 24 hours with the freezer door open?
