Welcome, my name is ***** ***** I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

This is a bit strange as E1 indicates a failure to fill.
Is there water in the tub now?
If you start a new cycle, do you hear it drain first?

Thanks

yes there is water in now and when you suck the water out with a water hover and start the machine it fill then beps for 30 sec and then the code comes back on

Hi

OK.
Get the water out from above the filter line
Start the machine on any cycle.
You should hear the drain pump run for about 20 seconds, it should then stop, then refill.
Tell me exactly what happens

Hi
So when you first started it, before the water came in, there was no pump running?

Rob

no

Hi
Great
In that case it sounds like the drain pump has failed and will need to be replaced.

Its the pump which is attached to the drain hose. If you have a meter you should test it for continuity

If you need a link to the part, please let me know
