Customer Question

I have an Admiral ADE9005AGW tumble dryer which when started struggles to turn and then clicks stopped and will not turn again. I originally thought this was the motor and replaced this but the fault has remained. Would be grateful for your thoughts on this problem?

George-Allsorts :

Hello, my name is ***** ***** If you try from the inside, can you turn the drum by hand with resistance but without dificulty?

JACUSTOMER-311kyssz- :

I have removed the drum and the same continues to happen

George-Allsorts :

When you removed the drum.. could you hear where the 'clicks' were coming from... If so, was this from the front-end?
