Hello, my name is***** am not here constantly, so kindly be patient whilst awaiting responses, answers take time. If you need further info, ask.

George-Allsorts :

Can you press and hold the start button for 3 or 4 seconds and let me know what happens

Customer:

hi - I have done that and the c (celius) button is flashing otherwise it all looks normally as a program looks as its about to start - but nothing haoppens, no falshing triangle button - its not illuminated at all

George-Allsorts :

Now can you turn it to Drain/Spin and let me know what happens

Customer:

ok off to do that now...

Customer:

ojk turned to spin/drain - the programm change on the digital panel the c is still flashing - but nothing else happens

George-Allsorts :

There is still water in the machine... yes?

Customer:

yes there is

George-Allsorts :

Remove the drain hose from the drain... Use a dish bowl or something similar utility .. lower the pipe toward the bowl... water should start to drain into the bowl... once this is done , let my know

Customer:

okay - is there a filter you want me to check whilst this is happening?

George-Allsorts :

not yet.. else you will flood the kitchen

Customer:

ok will be back in a couple of minutes..

Customer:

nothing is coming out :(

George-Allsorts :

OK.. you have a blocked pump...

Turn off the appliance
Move the appliance forward
Remove the filter cover/flap
Tilt the appliance to a degree that you can place the bowl underneath the filter flap

George-Allsorts :

open the filter housing by turning to the left

George-Allsorts :

be ready wil a lot of towels in-case of spillage

Customer:

okey dokes will do that and be back as soon as done :)

Customer:

okay

George-Allsorts :

done?

Customer:

have done that - good tip for the towels! The filter had lots of grey stuff / fur type in it - so have cleaned the grey fluff out and popped it back in - what now?

George-Allsorts :

~take it off again... get a long thin implement like a thin screwdriver

Customer:

okay then what?

George-Allsorts :

using the implement carefully, rotate the impellor of the pump at the rear inside the housing to feel if it is able to turn

Customer:

okay off to do that ... be right abck

Customer:

yes done that all freely able to turn

George-Allsorts :

Ok, now put the hose into the bowl and turn on the machine... Drain/Spin.. Let me know what happens

Customer:

the machine has started!

George-Allsorts :

Drained?

Customer:

its draining as I type its a 12 minute programme

George-Allsorts :

Put everything back and we'll do a few more things before finishing

Customer:

okay will have to wait for the 12 minute cycle to finish first?

George-Allsorts :

no... press and hold START for 3 seconds to cancel the program

Customer:

okay doing that now...

Customer:

ok done that -

Customer:

the lock is still flashing at the moment incase thats relavant at all?

George-Allsorts :

OK, put the hose back onto the drain and put the machine back into place

Customer:

okay doing that now.... be right back

Customer:

okay all done...

George-Allsorts :

The light should have now gone off .. yes?

Customer:

yep

George-Allsorts :

OK... take everything out of the washer

Customer:

okay then what?

George-Allsorts :

We are now done... Remember to rate me kindly

However, I want you to put the appliance onto a 90degree wash, with nothing in the drum... let it finish on its own.. this will clear everything from in-between the two drums... print all this off in-case it ever happens again.

Customer:

thank you x

George-Allsorts :

you are very welcome

George-Allsorts :

Can I help you any further?

Customer:

no its just doing its 90 degree wash now, so fingers crossed all is good - will know for sure when its finished but I am pretty confident its all ok
