Resolved Question:

Hi. Brand new DI624 model recently installed. We loaded it with salt as per the instruction manual, now nothing works and the Eco light just flashes and beeps! Any ideas?

Hi sorry to hear about that.
The eco light flashing indicates the anti flood device in the base of the appliance has been activated.
Empty the machine.
Unplug it.
Pull the machine out and tilt it rearward as far as possible.
Water will drain out of the rear corners.
Drain the water out and try the machine again.
If it begins working and fails with the same fault quickly, you have a leak.
You would need to take the top and side panels off to locate the leak.
Once located, repair the leak and the problem is cured.
I will stick with you until this is solved

Brilliantly, it's an integrated machine. We can't move it:( any other ideas.

Hi the unit needs to come out. unfortunately.
Its possible when the installer set it up they left a loose clamp because the eco light is indicating water where it shouldn't be.
The only other thing it could be is a bad main control board.
In which case since the unit is so new, you have a full warranty and the manufacturer will cover the cost of the repair and set up an appointment with a technician for you. I wish I had better news for you I really do, you can also call the store of purchase and ask them what they will do for you.
I will stick with you until this is fixed. I have over 34 years of experience in this field;-)
