I would be grateful if you would explain why you have given both Toby & I a bad rating, had we given incorrect or bad information then this would have been understood but with our joint experience in this field of 50+ years we were hardly likely to give You a reply that might have had legal consequences with the HSE without at least having the Model Number and serial number of the appliance that you were asking us to advise on.
