JACUSTOMER-xg2zobt2- :

keurig K45 elite /5040833765

George-Allsorts :

Don't try anything else.. Take it straight back to the retailer for a replacement

JACUSTOMER-xg2zobt2- :

it was shipped to me from the US via my son

George-Allsorts :

Did you plug it into the wall socket?

JACUSTOMER-xg2zobt2- :

yes, you realize I'm in the UK

George-Allsorts :

Yes, the problem will be the power.. The USA use 110v as opposed to our 240v...Unfortunately the unit will have received a fatal power overload

JACUSTOMER-xg2zobt2- :

cripes

George-Allsorts :

This is unfortunate.. You would have needed a power reducer to utilize the gift

JACUSTOMER-xg2zobt2- :

thanks George bloody bloody !

George-Allsorts :

I'm sorry to have been the one to have had to give you that bad news..
