Michael :

hi are you there?

Michael :

please explain your issue with your appliance

Customer:

Yep.

Customer:

In the question- I want to know if my current bosch Appliances will work in Western Australia which runs a mains on 10 amp not 13, or something like that.

Michael :

yes that will work just fine;-)

Customer:

Ok so it will not trip the system fuese over there..the reason i ask is that someone told me they were having trouble with their tumble dryer tripping the system

Michael :

it would be a voltage issue otherwise but even that will work

Michael :

that is another issue

Customer:

OK great. I just need to ensure they are bone dry I think I need to drain the dishwasher

Michael :

how long does it run before it trips the RCD?

Customer:

She said it was fine on a cool setting but tripped when it was warmer

Michael :

ok that is a bad heating element is all

Michael :

I will help you if you want to replace that part.

Customer:

OK thankyou. I'm glad as I did not want to fork out additional funds on new utilites at this point and the removal is being paid for by my company.

Michael :

lol;-)

Michael :

please rate kindly before you go!

Michael :

and have a great day!!!

Customer:

Draining the dishwasher and washing machine..any advice?

Michael :

Customer:

Excellent ok many thanks Michael will leave feedback and sign off.

Michael :

Michael :

and Thank you!!!
