Yes we have to clean that quite regularly
Is there also a blue insert in the drawer itself?
At the rear of the soap drawer, does yours have a white insert that you press to remove the drawer?
OK.. Can you pull that insert out of the drawer please

OK... look into the downward facing tube that was covered by the insert... is there any debris
Likewise, look into the insert tube cover for the same debris

Pull out the washer... Unplug the powerUndo the screws at the rear of the lidTemporarily swap the two hoses at the rear of the soap boxTurn the appliance back on and put it on a rinse whilst the drawer is still out to flush the roof of the dispenserTurn off the powerSwap the hoses back to their correct fittingsTest the appliance to see if this has corrected the problem.......If the problem remains you need to test the solenoid valve for the conditioner
