I have two Dimplex dehumifiers bought in February 2002 and

I have two Dimplex dehumifiers bought in February 2002 and neither of them are working. They are operating but not taking in any moisture. We checked the fan and they are. Working. What could the problem be .they were purchased in Electro City Carlow.

Can you see the motors (compressors} if so what refrigerant are they using R134a or R600a ?

Secondly when you switch them both on can you see, hear & feel these motors running?

Customer: It is 134 a. Yes I can hear and feel the motor running

OK you will see that there are three pipes connected to the motor, one is small, one is larger and one is crimped off, can you see these?
